Cancellation Policy:

Reservations: To make a reservation a 50% Down Payment of the Total Charges is due. The remaining payment is due at least 2 weeks prior to the Out Date when quantities anditems are finalized. Also, at two weeks prior to the Out Date a Deposit is due. The Deposit is a flat amount collected to cover loss, damage (if damage waiver is not elected), late returns, missing items, and unexpected conditions requiring additional services. The deposit amount is determined by the size of the order and is refunded after the order is checked in and closed (less any adjustments due to the aforementioned occurrences). If you add to the order additional Down Payment amounts may be needed. Payments can be made with credit card or cash. Checks payments must be received atleast 2 weeks prior to the Out Date. Cash and check refunds may take up to three weeks. A driver’s license is typically used for identification. Rental Period and Rates Generally, rates are quoted for a one-day, single-use event.

Outdoor Events: Outdoor events cannot be guaranteed due to unforeseen changes in weather. In the event of inclement weather 

  • Option #1 transfer outdoor décor to indoor décor by maintaining the same design as much as possible and with minimal changes and/or charges possible.


    • Option #2 client can postpone to another date/time, if available, for no additional charge, unless location changes to an area outside of delivery zone


  • If the Client cancels the event, no refund will be given.  However, the amount can be transferred to another date/event using the services of Dream A Party Event Decor.

Slumber Teepee Sleepover 


Dream A Party Sleepovers take your slumber party from ordinary to extraordinary. Each child gets their own teepee with all the themed décor. Our themes are designed for boys and girls of all ages.Can’t find a theme you like ask about our customization options!Our team delivers, sets up your event, and returns the next day to take it all away!


Terms and ConditionsBefore you rent our teepees, please make sure to thoroughly read and understand our terms and conditions.
What Payment is Required?A 50%* u non-refundable booking fee is required to reserve date and time. This will be deducted from total due.
Booking THREE WEEKS prior to delivery date is recommended (due to high request).
If full balance is not received ON TIME (14 days prior to event) event will be cancelled and result in a loss of deposit and will require a new deposit to reschedule as stated in our Terms and Conditions.

Cancellations and changes made less than 14 day prior to the event will be asked to reschedule no refunds. 
Last minute booking (Less than 14 days prior to event) is subject to availability, FULL PAYMENT, and a rush fee.
Party ItemsDamage/Lost or Stolen:Any damages or lost/stolen rental equipment will incur a cost equal to its replacement.  We reserve the right to exit immediately due to illegal activity or rude and disrespectful clients.  You will be charged the full price for the party.
Liability to Third PartiesThe business will not be held responsible for accidental damage caused by your guests.  We assume no responsibility or liability for accidents or damage caused during your party.  Additionally, we will not be liable for claims for personal injury or death while using our equipment during your hire period.  The items are made for children and customers have a duty to care to supervise.
Beverages/Food/Makeup/PetsPets, makeup, food and drinks are prohibited inside the teepee.  Any stains inside or outside the tents will result in a penalty charge of $50 plus a $50 cleaning fee.
PhotographyDream A Party reserves the right to use photographs taken at your event in any promotional media controlled by us.  Rest assured that we will never use identifying information in these images.  If you would like an image removed, please contact us immediately via email or text.  Feel free to tag Dream A  Party in any of your social media posts.
EnvironmentA non-smoking environment must be provided at all times during the teepee rental.  Please do your best to keep pets away from the teepees.  No food allowed.  Shoes are not allowed in the teepee.  Pets, food and drinks are prohibited inside the teepee.
ChecklistA checklist of the rental items and any additional items at the time of the delivery will be provided and verified by the client and the business.  It is the client's responsibility to return all the items that are checked in perfect condition the next day.

We are a Husband and wife duo! Creating your dream picnic for birthdays, anniversaries, date nights or you name it! We do it. Serving the Desoto County, Collierville, Germantown area.


2 Person Picnic for 2 hours starting at $350. Full Setup includes rugs, pillows, table , dishware, utensials, ice/icebucket, garbage can, two mini fans, teepee decorated, hand santitizer and hand wipes, theme of your choice with decor and will add little touches if celebrating a special occasion, personalized chalk board sign, name place cards and clean up. What's Next?

First... A huge congratulations are in order! This is such an exciting time but it can also be overwhelming. There is an immense list of things to do in order to prepare for and execute your wedding... Get the dress, choose your bridal party, book your venue, choose your color/theme, etc... Oh and don't forget, get your Pinterest board together... If you didn't already have one prior to your proposal (shhh, our little secret)


But have you thought about your wedding day décor? Have you thought about how much time goes into planning your wedding? Do you even have time to plan your wedding? Who will take over when it's time for you to actually get married? Think about it... Can you afford taking a trial and error approach or getting it done right the first time around? 

If any of these questions are making your head spin, don't worry, that's where we come in. We are here to help!


OUR PROCESS

We start with a phone consultation to discuss your event needs. From there, we will put together a proposal for you to approve. This proposal will include an estimate of pricing based on what we discussed. 

After you approve the proposal, your date will be reserved with a deposit and signed agreement. We will then send you an expectation guide and a list of our preferred vendors to aid you in your journey of working with us. 

The next step is to do a walkthrough of your venue and setup an in-person consultation to discuss the details. At the in-person consultation we will finalize the cost. 

 

PAYMENT PLANS

We have a flexible payment structure to accommodate our clients. You can make payments weekly, bi-weekly or monthly. The final payment is due one month prior to your event. 

We have a variety of payment methods which include Paypal, Zelle, Venmo, and Cash App. All payments can be made online. 

Our wedding services include a one hour in-person consultation. During the consultation, we will better understand your event vision, look at your inspiration pictures, answer questions and discuss your event details.

THIS PACKAGE IS FOR THE BRIDE WHO HIRED Dream A Party Event Decor FOR DECOR AND HAS ALREADY PLANNED HER BIG DAY BUT WOULD STILL LIKE TO ENJOY EVERY SECOND OF THE WEDDING.
